Though the name “felonism” is new, efforts to overcome this prejudice are not. Below is a very short list of organizations who have expended great energy to obtain equality for all American Citizens. It is our hope that these and other organizations will receive greater support and easier access to networking. Please notify us if you would like to see other organizations added to this list. With a united effort of individual commitments, we can eliminate felonism and heal our nation.

International Institute for Restorative Practices
The International Institute for Restorative Practices (IIRP) Graduate School is the world’s first graduate school wholly devoted to restorative practices. Our faculty — all scholar/practitioners — are dedicated to helping individuals find new ways to empower people and transform communities.
CURE NATIONAL
Citizens United for Rehabilitation of Errants (CURE) is a grassroots organization that was founded in Texas in 1972. We believe that prisons should be used only for those who absolutely must be incarcerated and that those who are incarcerated should have all of the resources they need to turn their lives around.
The Center for Inmate Rights
We are advocates that will fight for you or your loved ones rights while incarcerated. Never feel alone! We will stand by your side!
A New Way of Life Re-Entry Project
A New Way of Life Reentry Project provides housing and support services to formerly incarcerated women in South Central Los Angeles, facilitating a successful transition back to community life.
The Marshall Project
The Marshall Project is a nonprofit news organization that focuses on the American criminal justice system. Our mission is to create and sustain a sense of urgency about criminal justice in America.
